Ashen peat dominates the aroma, complimented by notes of cereal and honey. The aroma is borne out across the palate, with a note of golden crème caramel also rising to prominence. The whisky finishes complex - ginger and smoke bolstered by leather and clover honey and oak.

Flitting and flickering through the nose, delicate and enticing. The prominent aroma of fresh hewn oak hides hints of soft-fleshed fruits that better reveal themselves as the dram rests. Raw sugar sweetness leads across each sip joined by green peppercorn and bright melon and a lingering oaken finish.

Whisky barrels filled with fresh green coffee beans, emptied then refilled with whisky again lend an intriguing eccentricity to a bright and vibrant dram. Nectarous grain character and considered casking create the canvas made complete by the beans' unique contribution.
